iCare WELLNESS COLLECTIVE goes the extra mile to simplify the financial aspect of client care by offering direct billing services to most insurance companies. Recognizing that navigating insurance claims and reimbursement processes can be time-consuming and confusing, we aim to alleviate this burden for its clients.
With direct billing, eligible clients can conveniently access their massage therapy benefits without having to handle the paperwork and reimbursement procedures themselves. Ilene takes care of the insurance billing process, working closely with the insurance companies to facilitate prompt and hassle-free payment.
Forms must be completed and submitted prior to appointment for smooth processing.
